Helm base assy for non-tilt systems

This item is most commonly used to "update" or replace older non-tilt rotary systems to a newer rack style cable. This helm will work with the 90590 cable and other newer teleflex systems (call for help in choosing for your model). This unit is made to work with tapered, keyed steering wheels, again more common with 80's and early 90's model boats.
