Product Warranty Information
Carver guarantees that the materials and craftmanship of their products are free from defects upon manufacturing.
The length of the warranty depends on the specific product line and material type and starts from the original date of purchase for the original owner (replacements or pro-rated replacements do not extend the warranty). The length of the warranty is determined by the type of material ordered.

The warranty does not cover natural events, normal wear and tear, weather damage, stains from pollution or water, cuts from sharp objects, neglect, accidents, or misuse. Tree sap, improper chemicals, cleaning agents, gasoline, oils, and other liquids not recommended for cleaning are also not covered. Any damage caused by animals such as rodents, birds, pets or insects is not covered in the warranty.
Proper installation, usage, and maintenance of the boat cover, PWC cover, or Bimini Top are necessary for warranty coverage.
Carver fabrics are water resistant, not waterproof; they must be breathable to allow condensation, heat, and moisture to evaporate from under the cover. Damage from pooled water will not be included in these warranties. Always secure your boat cover tightly using our tie-down kit to avoid water or snow accumulation. The use of bungee cords in lieu of the proper tie-down methods are not recommended, and damage caused by this use will not be covered under warranty. Pooled water and snow can damage the cover’s water resistance and lead to mildew or early leakage. To prevent this, we recommend using vented support poles, a boat cover support system, standard support poles, or bows to elevate the center areas and allow water, snow, and ice to slide off.
With continuous outdoor use, some fabrics and/or fabric colors may naturally fade over time, which might not be covered under warranty.
Carver and/or authorized seller offer this warranty instead of any other warranties, stated or implied. They are not responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages.
Some states/provinces may not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties or the exclusion of special, incidental or consequential damages, so these restrictions may not apply to you. This warranty grants you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights that differ depending on the state/province in which you are located.
*An additional tie-down kit is recommended for boat covers over 20′ in length. If a boat cover is suitable and used for mooring applications, alternate tie-down methods should be used such as mooring bags or suction cup tie-downs to properly secure the boat cover to the boat.

Warranty return shipping expenses to the factory are the responsibility of the consumer for all claims over 30 days from the date of purchase.
