1" OD Barbed Vented Loop

Air bubbles in your ballast system not only rob you of precious weight but can also cause damage to pumps and other components. It also prevents the back siphon of water into the boat which can cause damage or flooding. Many of the newer boats have auto-venting technology in them from the factory. However, if you have an older boat or one that didn’t come from the factory with venting, we have a solution for you. The Vented Loop is a 1” diameter arc shaped plastic tube with mounting tabs for easy installation. At the top of the loop there is a breather cap with a duck bill inside it. Installation will require drilling screw holes. - U-shaped black plastic tube -1” outside diameter - Mounting tabs included - Barbed ends for hose attachments - Must be mounted above the water level
