POTENTIOMETER / TCP Sensor, 2007+

POTENTIOMETER (Throttle Control Position sensor)  for 2007-201x model GM boats that are Drive By Wire VERY IMPORTANT!! Please read. This item has change and now requires that the engine's ECM be re-programed to operate for older models. This will require that the boat is carried to a PCM dealer to load the new configuration files, or the ECM be sent in to be re-flashed. If your unit looks like the picture that states older style- your ECM needs updating. If your unit looks like the picture that states newer style- you can install plug and play.

 

 

Caution: Do NOT over tighten. The base can easily crack.
